(1) Winners choice of the American K-Gutter Guard system or
the Gutter Shell Topper
system. HOA reserves the right to determine final choice based upon pre-installation
inspection.
At time of entry, callers/online entrants will be required
to choose which Home Improvement Random Drawing they would like to be entered into.
Limit one entry per person/family/household regardless of method of entry.
HOME IMPROVEMENT RANDOM DRAWINGS:
Winners of the home improvement prizes indicated below will be selected in separate
random drawings on or about
01/03/09
from among all eligible entries received for each drawing. Odds of winning in any
of the HomeCrafters of America Inc. Improvement Drawings indicated below will depend
upon the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Home Improvement
Prizes include materials, labor and installation. Any charges in excess of the maximum
values listed below will be at winner's expense. Any applicable taxes are
the responsibility of the winner. Limit one Home Improvement Prize per person/family/household.
Cannot be redeemed for cash. Work must be performed in areas where HomeCrafters
of America Inc. does business.

and not prohibited by law who are 18
years of age or older at time of entry and who are homeowners of a single-family
dwelling excluding cooperative apartments and condominiums or townhouses. Employees
of Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion
agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household
of each are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the online
entrant, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email
address from which the entry was submitted. Authorized account holder is defined
as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access
provider. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws
and regulations apply. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable
email or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer
systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections
or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any combination
thereof which may limit a person's ability to participate in the promotion. All
drawings will be conducted by HomeCrafters of America Inc. whose decisions are final
on all matters relating to this drawing. Potential Home Improvement Prize winners
must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance
Form within 15 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time
period or return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification
and the selection of an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will
be notified by phone/mail. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed
as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal,
state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Acceptance of prize
constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or
likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of
equal or greater value. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none
will be returned. In no event will sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated
number of prizes. If, in the judges1 opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence
of tampering with any portion of the drawings, or if technical difficulties compromise
the integrity of the drawings, the judges reserve the right to terminate the drawings
to award the prizes using all entries received as of the date of termination. Sponsor
not, responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer,
administration of the drawings, the announcement of the prizes, or for any liability
or damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading
information in connection with this promotion. Entrants agree to release, discharge
and hold harmless Sponsor their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors,
shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, other representatives, advertising,
promotion and fulfillment agencies, harmless from and against any and all liability
and damages. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused,
or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use, misuse or redemption
of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by
the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
